About AI Evidence Plane

Built to help enterprises govern AI with evidence.

AI Evidence Plane connects approved intent, identity and policy with AI actions and verified outcomes, helping teams understand how AI applications and agents operate, what changed, and whether intended outcomes were achieved.

Founder-led product work with enterprise systems, observability and data science perspectives.

The people behind AI Evidence Plane.

Founder

Suneel Dhingra

Suneel Dhingra is the founder of AI Evidence Plane and Value Creation Teams. His background spans enterprise software, observability, reliability, platform delivery and operational transformation.

He is building AI Evidence Plane to help organisations close the gap between promising AI prototypes and AI systems that can be governed, observed and operated with accountability. His work brings together agentic systems, evaluation, human oversight, governed execution and connected operational evidence.

His guiding principle is that the workflow is the unit of value, control and evidence: business objectives, operating boundaries, human decisions and execution evidence need to be designed together.

Our mission

Why our background matters.

Enterprise AI systems do not become trustworthy because they are impressive in a prototype. They become operationally useful when the organisation can see who authorised the work, which boundaries applied, what the system did, and what evidence supports the outcome.

AI Evidence Plane is being built from that operating reality: approved intent, governed execution, human oversight and connected evidence need to be part of the same workflow design.

Programme selection

Selected for the National Digital Track.

AI Evidence Plane has been selected for the National Digital Track of the Buy Australian AI Partnership, delivered by Stone & Chalk, with the National AI Centre as Principal Sponsor.

The programme provides opportunities to deepen our understanding of financial services and enterprise requirements as we develop AI assurance, governed execution and connected evidence.
